Cannabis helps to improve our health and well-being

I have a truly sedentary task! For a minimum of forty hours per week, I rest at a dest, stare at a monitor and type on a keyboard… My workload fluctuated and is often time-sensitive and stressful.

When I first started the task, I noticed a steady deterioration in our mental and physical health, then i gained weight and suffered from headaches and soreness in our neck, shoulders, back and hips.

I found it difficult to sleep at night and felt lethargic in the afternoon. My mood and productivity diminished. I realized that I needed to either make some major changes or quit our task. I chose to prioritize our well-being. I made improvements to our diet, cutting out fast food, sugary snacks and processed foods. I set our alarm earlier in the days, to allow time for exercise, but an hour-long workout session including stretching, high intensity aerobics and strength training helped to burn calories, elevate our heart rate and make myself and others know enjoyable about myself. I also visited the local cannabis dispensary and spoke with the budtender. I l earned about the strange consumption methods and strains to target pain, inflammation and stress. I strictly consume cannabis at the end of the workday, when I need to unwind. I mainly choose indicas with either high CBD levels or a balance of THC and CBD. I vary between enjoying some edibles, smoking a joint or taking a tincture. I like that cannabis-infused chocolates, cookies and gummies provide stronger effects however they are delayed by up to a couple of hours. I like that a joint or blunt provides nearly instant effects and that the tinctures are appealingly portable and discreet.
