I genuinely suppose that the owner of the dispensary would be much better off finding a current supervisor to replace the current one
It’s hard to labor for a supplier that does not respect their employees. I recognize adore this is the entire reason why unions were created in the first arenaâ€¦ When supplier management does not respect the employees, then they don’t care whether they are blissful or not. Managers should realize they are only as strong as their network of help. I wish the supervisor at the medical in addition to recreational marijuana dispensary where I labor cared about the employees. She clearly does not appreciate us at all in addition to it makes myself and others recognize incredibly frustrated. I’ve been working there for a year. I haven’t gotten a raise in addition to I haven’t had a performance review either. I was promised a raise after 90 days in addition to the supervisor was supposed to perform my review over many weeks ago. The worst area about the job is having to listen to all of the buyers complain. Lately it’s been the delivery services. The two of us can’t find anyone to labor at the dispensary. Every time a current driver starts, they end up quitting a couple of days later because of the attitude that the supervisor has, and delivery positions are consistently listed on the job employment website. I suppose they could pay double minimum wage in addition to it would still be hard to get someone that will stay for more than a couple of weeks. I genuinely suppose that the owner of the dispensary would be much better off finding a current supervisor to replace the current one. I actually suppose that she is the complication in addition to the reason why the staff morale is consistently so low.
