This is way better for myself and others than a pill. I just put a few drops of the oil in our morning cup of coffee. I now recognize I am getting nice vitamins into our drink plus feeling good. It doesn’t deliver any kind of taste or odor either. I don’t even notice it. Hemp oils constantly have no traces of THC too. So I can still drive to work plus be safe after taking it.
