I laid down on the bed under the air conditioner and I instantly fell asleep.
I wasn’t supposed to work on Saturday, but I couldn’t tell my boss no when she called and begged me to come to work. She told me that she just needed help for a couple of hours and promised she would get me out of there before the afternoon. The cannabis shop was extremely busy, due to a sale that we were having on all of the new cannabis concentrates from one specific product line. Everyone wanted to get their hands on the cannabis concentrates. By the time I got home from working at the marijuana store, I was tired and hungry. To be honest, I didn’t really want to go anywhere with my girlfriend. I wanted to sit down on the couch and smoke a joint of my own and then pass out on the couch for the rest of the night. My girlfriend told me that I had to go with her. She told me I could take a 45 minute nap before we had to get ready for dinner. I laid down on the bed under the air conditioner and I instantly fell asleep. I slept for 45 minutes and then my girlfriend woke me up and told me to get ready for the party. I felt very awake and refreshed, especially after I had a couple of hits from a Jack Herer joint that I had from earlier that morning. I was buzzed and ready to go by the time my girlfriend wanted to spend some time together. Dinner was nice and the drinks were flowing freely all night.
