I shop for topicals

I primarily shop at the cannabis dispensary for topicals.

I am not interested in the intoxicating effects of smoking, vaping or dabbing.

I am strictly looking for the curative properties provided by plant-based medicine. I’ve found that cannabis topicals are far more beneficial than over-the-counter or prescription medication. I don’t need to waste my time and money on a doctor’s appointment. There is no worry over harmful or long-term side effects. The cannabis options include essential oils such as lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint that have healing properties and also smell nice. They absorb very quickly and because there are no psychoactive effects, there are no limitations for dosing. I can apply them multiple times per day. I have issues with psoriasis on my knees and elbows. I sometimes suffer from arthritis in my hands as well as insomnia, migraines and sore muscles. I’m able to find remedies for all of my medical concerns on the shelves of the dispensary. They sell cannabis-infused ointments, sprays, lotions, roll-ons, transdermal patches and even bath balms. I typically choose those topicals that are high in CBD and CBN. The cannabinoids link to receptors found in the skin to provide therapeutic effects. The bath bombs are especially relaxing and helpful. They include epsom salts that alleviate pain and tightness in my muscles and joints. The hot water works to open the pores, allowing the cannabinoids to work faster and more effectively. I am thankful that recreational weed is finally legal in my state. It was ridiculous that I wasn’t allowed to buy cannabis-infused topicals without a medical card.
