The dispensary manager wouldn't sell anymore marijuana to the guy

If you have good customer service, then you will always have good sales. Customers come back when they feel like they have been treated fairly and with dignity and respect. At the medical and recreational marijuana dispensary, the manager says that the customer is always right. When we have a question, we side with the customer. We never ask questions when they return items. Our customers can get a full refund if they are dissatisfied with the product for any reason. Even if they have vaped the entire jar of concentrate or smoked the entire eighth of marijuana, We Still replace the product. We make a notation on the customer’s account as well, but we make sure that the customer leaves the marijuana dispensary happy every time. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make every single customer happy. A good example of that occurred last week when a customer was getting upset with the manager of the medical and recreational marijuana dispensary. The guy did not have an id. He tried to show an old library card that didn’t have a picture. The man looked like he might have been homeless. We certainly weren’t trying to keep anyone from buying recreational or medical marijuana products, but the law is very strict. Without a valid state ID we are not allowed to sell marijuana to anyone. We had to escort the man from the property after he wouldn’t take no for an answer.
