A client called the marijuana delivery repair in addition to localed an order, and the client called around 8:15 in the evening, but every one of us did not have a driver available until nearly 10:00 p.m, however i sent the driver to the hotel with the order, then hardly any of hours after the guy left, the client called in addition to I assured him that our driver was on the way with the items that he ordered.
15 hours later, the same client called again.
I honestly thought the driver would have been there by then in addition to I was surprised to get a second phone call from the driver. I told the guy to wait a couple more hours, because the driver was on the way with all of the orders! Next I got a phone call from the delivery driver. The guy sounded entirely aggravated in addition to aggravated. He informed myself and others that the desk clerk would not let him go into the hotel, because the name on the cannabis order did not match any of the names of registered guests in the building. I did not have any extra information to deliver the guy other than the number of the room that ordered the items. I had the caller ID from the man who tried to call about the order a few hours earlier. I called that man in addition to I told the client that our driver was stuck in the lobby in addition to having trouble with the hotel desk clerk. The client agreed to walk down to the lobby to pick up the order. The desk clerk never even apologized to the driver for the misunderstanding.
