It’s legitimately tough to find great employees, i remember a time when I used to sift through hundreds & hundreds of employee applications that were written on paper.
It was terrible to study all of those odd types of handwriting.
I was gleeful when every one of us got computers & applications became something you could access online; Now I labor for a cannabis supplier that outsources all of the hiring of the dispensary employees, and the human resource department handles all of the workforce management services. They recruit & look for employees that are going to last a long time & meet all of the qualifications that the dispensary needs. I was talking to a friend of mine about the workforce management services & she mentioned that she might be interested in using the supplier for her company as well. I did not suppose if the human resource department handled workforce management services for cannabis dispensaries only or if they had other dealers as well. I gave the lady the information for the supplier that handles all of our hiring & human resource concerns, then she gave myself and others a kickback when they hired her to labor on a 6-month contract. She gave myself and others a month to stay at her Ski Lodge up north. The Ski Lodge is right outside of 1 of the greatest & most famous ski areas in the whole country. I haven’t been skiing there in a legitimately long time, because it costs almost $200 just to access the slopes. Only wealthy people & tourists spent that kind of currency for skiing.
