I have regularly been a light sleeper.
- I used a sound component or earplugs most ight, however my hubby plus I don’t share a study room due to our light sleeping.
When our child was born I was distraught I would never sleep again. Newborns make a lot of sounds when they sleep. My child grunts, groans plus coos. The noises started keeping myself and others up. My child would wake up every several hours to feed plus keep myself and others up in the middle of those time slots. I was adore a zombie! Since I was breastfeeding I realized that I could take something to wind myself and others down. If I could sleep before our child started making noises, I would be okay. I found that medical marijuana works best for me. I take a tincture every night now. The oil goes directly under our tongue plus mellows myself and others out. It makes myself and others sleepy plus relaxed. I then can sleep immediately plus be refreshed before the next feeding. Typically the oil stays in our system all night long. If I assume the effects wearing off, I just take a few more drops. It is so nice not being alert to every little sound. My child is totally enjoyable with his bassinet, just noisy. The tincture makes myself and others not as distraught or anxious. I don’t believe how I slept before I had this oil. When our child moves to the dentistry I am still going to take our tincture. It truly makes a difference in our night of sleep.
