I was a school cheerleader! My position was a top girl or a flier, then whatever floats your boat; That means when the women build the mounts or pyramids, I was the 1 going up.
I loved it.
I did get dropped a few times & hit the ground. It is just the nature of the game. I had 1 drop after a container toss that undoubtedly disfigured me. I undoubtedly disfigured my back. My team needed myself and others to keep goingâ€¦ Competition was right around the corner, and so I just pushed through, then now it has been a year since I have cheered. My back has been flaring up badly. I wake up in the middle of the evening in pain. I have trouble getting out of pain. Working out isn’t simple either. I tried getting massages & it was cracked by a chiropractor. Nope, that didn’t help. I then talked to my local dentist & he wanted to put myself and others on pain pills. No way! I did some research & found that my chronic pain could be fixed with medical weed. Cannabis reduces inflammation & relaxes the muscles. So I decided that I was willing to put in the work & be high if need be. I now smoke cannabis oil two times a morning. When I wake up in the morning I vape to loosen things up. I also hit my vape right before bed. I have noticed that my back feels a lot looser. I am not totally ecstatic that I have to smoke weed so often! Hopefully things start heeling & I won’t need to vape for the rest of my life.
