I was a college cheerleader, but my position was a top girl or a flierâ€¦ Whatever floats your boat! That means when the women build the mounts or pyramids, I was the 1 going up, but i enjoyed it.
I did get dropped a few times and hit the ground. It is just the nature of the game. I had 1 drop after a container toss that entirely injured me. I entirely destructiond our back. My team needed myself and others to keep going, but competition was right around the corner, so I just pushed through, and now it has been a year since I have cheered. My back has been flaring up badly. I wake up in the middle of the evening in pain. I have trouble getting out of pain. Working out isn’t easy either. I tried getting massages and it was cracked by a chiropractor. Nope, that did not help. I then talked to our local nurse and she wanted to put myself and others on pain pills. No way! I did some research and found that our chronic pain could be fixed with medical weed. Cannabis reduces inflammation and relaxes the muscles. So I decided that I was willing to put in the labor and be high if need be. I now smoke cannabis oil 2 times a afternoon. When I wake up in the afternoon I vape to loosen things up. I also hit our vape right before bed. I have noticed that our back feels a lot looser. I am not totally cheerful that I have to smoke weed so often, and hopefully things start heeling and I won’t need to vape for the rest of our life.
