Once the items leave the dispensary, we cannot legally take them back and give you cash
I work in a marijuana shop that easily has a superb policy on returns. They take almost anything back even if the place has been opened up. They don’t even ask any questions. They don’t ask you a question if you don’t prefer the marijuana flavor or if you just simply didn’t think the string was as potent as you thought it would be. You can easily return the package to The Dispensary without any question and get a product that is of the same or equal value. There was a guy at the exchange counter that did not ask any questions and every one of us have rarely had any issues on that side of the store. I heard someone was getting loud in addition to annoyed, so I decided to walk to the counter to check if there was assistance that I could lend. A budtender looked completely flustered in addition to I believed I would be able to help. The customer was returning a small amount of concentrate and wanted a full refund for the product. Although we will do exchanges, we do not supply any refunds to our customers. The customer was trying to argue that the product left would be a full cash refund, but it honestly did not matter if the product was even opened. I had to remind the customer about the apology and he left feeling very upset and aggravated with all of our store policies.
